Kellen,
Sorry I haven't written in awhile. I've been busy seeing the East Coast with Taylor and Marie. Here's an update on my most recent adventures.
On the weekend of July 17-19, we went to New York City. It was awesome! I got to see Times Square! It was so lit up and so many things going on and people were everywhere. I can't imagine what it's like being there for New Years Eve.
The next morning we went to a farmers market in the city. There was tons of food there and it all looked so good!
We were having so much fun that we forgot to take more pictures! But one of my favorite parts of the trip was walking around Central Park and seeing the model boats there.
And then for the 4th of July weekend, we went to Philadelphia. It is a great city and so much history happened there. It was really cool to be where so much of our nation's history happened on the weekend we were celebrating our independence. We saw some people dressed up like soldiers in the Civil War.
And then we saw the Liberty Bell. We had to stand in line for awhile, but it was worth it. Can you see the big crack in the bell in the picture?
We also went to the LOVE park and saw this famous sculpture.
Well, those are my most recent adventures. The summer is flying by and we don't have much time left out here. But hopefully I'll get to see a couple of more fun places before we head back west!

Flat Kyle's Memorial Day 2011
Kellen,
Here is Flat Kyle reporting for the first time this summer. I have been extremely busy over the last month traveling across the world and the United States, but I've reached Washington D.C. and am going to be here for the rest of the summer.
Yesterday was Memorial Day, the day that we remember all of our heroes who protect our country by serving in the Military. I visited all of the different memorials yesterday and even got to visit the White House where President Obama lives! It was a really special day and I hope that you enjoy the pictures I have for you!

Here I am with Marie in front of the Washington Memorial, the tallest building in Washington DC!
Here I am with Taylor at the Lincoln Memorial. Abraham Lincoln was one of the best Presidents ever!
See! I told you! I got to go to the White House!
Here we are at Arlington National Cemetery. This is where all of the soldiers are buried. It's a really special place, I hope that you'll be able to go there some day.
There are all of the pictures that I was able to get yesterday during Memorial day. It was really hot and I couldn't stand in the sun all day. I'm really lucky that Taylor and Marie carried me around in their bag instead of making me walk alongside them.
Last weekend, we were able to visit a museum with a lot of really cool animals. I wanted to show you my favorite animal. It's kinda scary though! Look at how big he is!
That's a Mammoth! This animal was the ancestor to what we know today to be the Elephant.
He's pretty cool huh?
Anyway, we'll see you later! Have a great summer. I know that I will as long as Marie and Taylor do!

California trip part 1
Well I decided to tagalong on Miles' date on Friday night. He took his date to a place called the Provo Beach resort y played a game
called Mini Croquet. They patterned the course like California y I had a lot of fun watching Miles y his date play mini croquet.
This will be done in parts, so that I am ab
le to get all of the pictures t
hat I want on here.
Well the night started off with me hiding in the back ground, so that I didn't interrupt the date. I had to be careful, so that I didn't get poked by the cactus.
After they had moved away from the area with the cactus, I was able to scale the mountains of Yosemite, in order to stay out of the way and watch them from above.

There are more pictures that are going to be posted on here as the summer starts, because that is when the fun starts. Also I shall be attending a few Real Salt Lake games, so you shall see those too.
Flat Kyle shall be posting pictures on here too.
